Improvements:
- a new waveplayer engine reduces cpu load (thanks to Chris Kerry)
- the waveplayer now accepts 16-, 24- and 32 Bit WAV - Samples (mono/stereo)
- the samples are not streamed anymore, there are all load into RAM
- you can put the "SuperDrumFX Drum - Sample - Library" on drive D: E: or F: by downloading alternate fxb-patches
- the MIDI channel is now set to channel 1 by default
Fixes:
- lowering rimshot sample volume by default in some builtin SDFX patches
- increased volume on all Toms in "DW - Sonor Set" patch
- correcting the wrong default MIDI notes on "Floor Tom 1 Alt." sample-slot in some buildin SDFX patches
- loading samples into RAM gives a better performance and also prevents the glitches wich occurred when start playing a fresh loaded SDFX patch
